Supervision is an author control who runs project or expert in landscaping for the period of construction and commissioning of the facility in order to ensure that the ultimate result is achieved by the design data.
Sometimes we collaborate with companies or individuals who have a subordinate brigade of workers for performance of improvement without the necessary knowledge or skills - that's why our specialists provide services supervision.
Supervision includes:
• monitoring the work in orderr to complete design project with the presice correspondence;
• coming onsite for technological consulting ofbuilders team(the number of comings isdiscused and stated in the contract);
• Remote consultation (Internet, telephone);
• issues related to the acquisition of necessary materials, equipment and related components;
• advising the customer or another person about care for plants, water facilities and other architectural forms;
The cost of supervision is 30% from the cost of the design project. Occasional visits to supervise are discussed with the customer, the price depends from the complexity of the project.
